Hello! My husband and I are orginally from Wisconsin, having re-located to California in October of 2004. We have been re-enactors for 10+ years. My husband portrayed an infantry soldier (Confederate) and I portrayed camp life history. We now live in San Rafae,CA. We are interested in making contact with someone in regards to possibly joining a group.

I am a civilian craftsmens guild member (mostly nuetral) my husband is a Pinkerton Agent for the president, when he is with us. Our youngest daughter is a confederate nurse. We have been doing living history for more than 20 years, only a small part of it with the civil war .
Our next event is August 4th at Fort Point in San Francisco. It is a one day event for the Union soldiers only (the confederates weren't at the site) and civilians. It tends to be a cold event, right down under the golden gate bridge, but the ladies tend to stay inside where the wind is blocked.
