We are new also.  We have three children, a fourteen year old boy, an eleven year old boy, and a six year old girl.  We really like reenacting.  Our oldest son loves the cannons, of course, what boy doesn't like shooting stuff.  We originally hail from Texas where we went to many events with friends.  We are from Texas so of course we have to stay true to our southern roots, that tells ya what side we are on.     My toughest time is what to do with my six year old.  She gets a little bored watching the boys.  My eleven year old can't wait to get started shooting those cannons.  We can't wait to meet all of you and get to know the ACWA family.  See you at Roaring Camp, sorry we can't make Knights Ferry because of the date change. :(

Welcome Texasgirl,

Please bring your daughter to "town" and she can play with my granddaughter. We have lots of games, dolls and a lovely tea set. I have small sewing kits and water colors. She is welcome to enjoy our company. Gabby is 9.

I too will be missing Knights Ferry.
